My Story

I grew up in Athens and have lived in Paris, Madrid, and now Miami, experiences that have shaped my global perspective and strong ability to adapt across different environments. I am currently studying psychology and consumer behavior, with a focus on understanding how people think, make decisions, and are influenced by their surroundings. I am highly driven, curious, and observant, with a natural ability to connect with others and understand different perspectives. I enjoy building and creating—whether through writing, content, or developing ideas—and I am especially interested in branding, wellness, and intentional living. I stay active through Pilates and value routines that support both mental clarity and discipline, such as journaling and being mindful of how I spend my time. I am constantly seeking opportunities to grow, challenge myself, and surround myself with people who inspire me to think bigger and move forward.
